Over the last couple of days, Lulu.com and customers of mine have informed me that there was some issue with the PDF file that serves both as basis for the print and for the eBook. In the meanwhile, some of you who already had placed an order on the book were refunded by Lulu.com as the order was cancelled. The problem with the PDF is now solved and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience as you have to place a new order!
